With regards to the importance of being a Role Model, Spectrum has a set of basic principles that guide our behavior in day today. These guiding principles are simple and practical, however consistent application of the principles will resulted in huge positive impact on the relationship between teachers, therapist, children/students, parents and other people in Spectrum.
The Spectrum Guiding Principles are…
Focusing on problem solving.
This principle is focusing on being objective when looking at a problem, trying to solve the problem by maintaining a clear and open mind to continuously develop our students/children.
Maintaining constructive relationship with other people.
We believe by maintaining contructive relationship among Spectrum employees, students/children, parents, other people who work together to develop our children will create an open atmosphere, high motivation and caring environment.
”Working with Your Heart”, showing empathy and caring.
Having high awareness of what is going on, sensitive to others, working sincerely with patience will certainly give postive impact on children development.
Respecting other people to maintain their self esteem and confidence.
We believe by respecting other people will create an atmosphere of respecting each other.
Taking initiative to continuously improve the quality of Spectrum’s services.
In other words, ”compete with each other to give the very best.”
Becoming a Role Model to others
As Spectrum leaders, we are Role Models through our attitude, words, voice and behavior.
